1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information & Local Data

In Short: We do not process sensitive information on our servers.

Body Metrics for BAC Calculation. Our application includes a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) calculator feature which requires your body weight and gender for mathematical estimations. This data is stored exclusively locally on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, collected by us, or shared with third parties.

Application Data & Third-Party Services

If you use our application(s), we also may collect or process the following information through third-party integrations:

• Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device to allow you to save and manage the coordinates of your favorite pubs. This feature is opt-in. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
• Google AdMob (Advertising). We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and rewarded video ads (which grant temporary ad-free periods and cosmetic upgrades). AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including your device's advertising ID, IP address, and usage data, to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage your ad tracking preferences in your device settings.
• In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing). We offer in-app purchases (e.g., a Premium feature to permanently remove ads), which are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card or financial information. All payment data is handled securely by Google.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

• To facilitate account creation and authentication. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
• To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this in two ways:

• Directly in the app: Navigate to Settings -> Profile and click on the "Delete account and data" button.
• Via email: Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to tomasvyo.dev@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
