Tomáš Vyorálek ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, and share information through the PubMate mobile application.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and username. For features like BAC calculation, body weight and gender are required but are stored strictly locally on your device and never sent to our servers.
When you enable social features, we collect and process data to facilitate friend requests, leaderboard rankings, and location sharing. Your precise location is used to help you find pubs and, if enabled, shared only with users you have explicitly accepted as friends.
We utilize third-party services to enhance the App:
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers as necessary to perform functions such as database management, payment processing, or ad delivery. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We retain your personal data (such as account information and app usage history) for as long as your account is active in order to provide you with the app's functionality. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app via Settings -> Profile -> Delete account and data, or by emailing us at tomasvyo.dev@gmail.com. Once triggered, your personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our active databases.
We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date.
